Abstract

To study the properties of the endogenous sensitizer of beta-adrenoceptors (ESBAR), having human serum as its source, we carried out experiments on 10 strips of right ventricle myocardium of 10 rats at 37 oC and evaluated adrenalin influence on the amplitude of contractions caused by electrostimulation (20 V, 5 ms, 1 Hz).
