Abstract

This review dwells on the main results and propositions of the monograph devoted to the use of stabilometry for the analysis of balance function in wrestlers. The book is a serious work on physiology of the vertical posture regulation in static and dynamic positions used in combat sports in athletes adapted to acyclic exercise. The monograph describes key adaptive mechanisms of postural regulation in athletes and can be recommended to all specialists in balance physiology as well as athletes and coaches in combat sports.
