Abstract

The article focuses on the issues of distance counselling for children with emotional and behavioral disorders in the northern Arctic region within the system of psychological, medical and educational commissions. The international experience of distance technologies is presented, as well as hardware and software solutions and security requirements for video conferencing. A model of regional network of children’s distance counselling with the resource centre of NArFU’s Institute of Medical and Biological Research is presented.
